One-Stop and Web Services

Academica will facilitate student focus groups and a series of meetings with a broad representation of campus constituents for purposes of identifying the following:

  • Academic and administrative student services plans, structures, barriers, and outcomes.
  • Academic planning priorities, associated enrollment  goals, and desired outcomes of the review.
  • Distinctive areas of academic excellence, internal strengths and weaknesses, and external opportunities and threats impacting enrollment.
  • Strategic opportunities to improve interdepartmental and cross-functional planning coordination, especially in the area of customer service.
  • Strategies for optimizing institutional resources to advance the realization of academic, enrollment, and customer service goals.

Emphasis will be placed on improving one-stop and web services that will:

  • meet or exceed the needs of all students
  • eliminate redundancies
  • streamline and simplify student services
  • identify re-engineering and reallocation opportunities related to budgeting and staffing levels and organization
  • deliver WOW service
  • maximize the use of technology
