SkoolPool™ is perched happily atop its nest of 2,892 users and is hoping to break 3,000 in the next couple of days. Here are some more quick stats:

• There are more than 6,800 colleges, universities, and institutes in our schools database -- submitted by our own staff, as well as school representatives and prospective students. These schools are mainly from the US, Canada and the UK -- although student & school requests have started carrying SkoolPool™ into new markets. Our first student request was from Hong Kong!
• There are more than 50 schools registered for various SkoolPool™ packages, primarily the "Just the Basics" and Interactive packages.

• 87.71% of SkoolPool's users are between the ages of 17 and 19
• 63.8% of SkoolPool's users are from the United States, 23% are Canadian, 5.68% are from England, 1.4% are from Turkey and just under 1% are Australian
• In the last 7 days, New York University, the University of Western Ontario and York University have had the most "active" users
• Program strength is the main reason for interest for 37.46% of users

We have been getting some great user feedback, from both schools and students. As a result, SkoolPool™ users are now asked if they are prospective, current or former (alumni) students, or whether they are faculty/staff. This will make data more useful for both students and schools -- and will also open the door for custom functions designed for the current student and alumni communities!

Our exciting success story "of the weeK" is a student report that her high school college counselor is actually referring students to SkoolPool™ as a tool in their college decision process! Not only did the counselor hear about SkoolPool and refer it to students, but at least one student is using it and is engaged enough to be posting on our application page's discussion board! Did we mention that the high school was in Shanghai?
