This three-year project evaluation study involved examing the success of the program in assisting students school-work transitions, interviews with students, parents, teachers and employers as well as the development of workplace assessment forms. The workplace assessment forms incorporated measurement of Essential Skill demonstration while also meeting all high school evaluation requirements.
