My Friday gift to you is actually from Facebook. In honour of International Talk Like a Pirate Day, Facebook has added Pirate to the list of languages that the site can be viewed in. Pop to the bottom of any page and change your language to English (Pirate) and enjoy - I hope that they leave it up, rather than shutting down at the end of the day.

In a completely different direction, here are this week's recommended links chosen by yours truly:

- Social Networks more popular than Porn - covered in the Globe & Mail (thanks to Oded for the tip!)
- Best of Print Advertising - a nice review of print ad basics
- Red Deer College rebrand & web redesign - we always like a rebrand!
- Keep Your Head Down! - Ken's latest blog, a definite read.
