Chicago-based DePaul University has created an online community for parents of its undergraduate students. "DePaul Quad" allows parents to connect with one another through discussion forums, personal profiles, live chat sessions, photo albums, and blogs. While the site features topics and areas geared specifically towards parents, the Quad contains information resources for students, such as internships, study abroad programs, and housing.
