Dr. Mary Robertson, whose grandfather Clarence A. Chant created the David Dunlap Observatory, has apparently sent the University of Toronto a legal request to return contents removed from the observatory. Robertson discovered a provision in her grandfather's will stipulating that if any of his descendants were "anxious to undertake a project requiring help," they could make a legitimate appeal to the university for support. Robertson says removing the centre's artifacts is "morally reprehensible." uToronto has recently sold the observatory site. Richmond Hill Naturalists News Release
