Did Not Apply (DNA) Study
The DNA is a customized study that looks specifically at those applicants who did not apply to your institution but did apply to a program similar to one you offer and would qualify for acceptance to your institution. The respondent pool can be targeted in various ways; for example, geographic region, academic achievement, willingness to relocate, etc.
This instrument addresses the following information objectives:
- 'Top school’ they were considering
- Did they even consider you?
- Are they aware of you?
- If so, why did they choose not to apply?
- Perceptions about admission requirements, program considerations, funding/scholarships, campus/atmosphere, future prospects
- Impact of marketing efforts
