Many higher education institutions have seen solid increases in the number of international student applicants over the past several years, however, institutions are almost universally concerned about a great deal of uncertainty and specifically a lack of reliable intelligence to drive international student recruitment strategies. Despite the fact that tens of millions of dollars is being spent by institutions annually to attract international students across North America, there have been few truly effective studies to help guide strategy and tactics for individual institutional stakeholders and government.
