Philip is a veteran technology, marketing and business strategist with the hands-on knowledge to turn ideas into results. Over the past 25 years, he has founded and grown 3 market-leading marketing agencies: The Creative Marketing Network, x2idea Corporation, and Group Multimedia Network (GMN), Canada’s fifth-largest privately-owned agency at the time. Philip has been at the forefront of digital media development for twenty years. GMN was one of the first digital agencies in Canada and developed many promotional CD-ROMs.  At x2idea he built CD’s and CMS-driven web sites for Alias/wavefront and Discreet Logic, two of the leaders in animation software (both companies have now been acquired by Autodesk).  Philip’s national and international track record includes many educational, non-profit, American Indian and technology clients, including the Smithsonian Institution, Tyndale University, Confederation College Sprott School of Business, George Brown College, Bayshore Bank & Trust, Microsoft, ATI Technologies, NEC, and Cisco Systems. Philip is focused on developing effective marketing strategies and integrated campaigns, and on providing the technological infrastructure to manage these. He is passionate about the creation of e-communities, and designed a number of new web-based marketing products based on the concept of Full Cycle Marketing™, which brings evidence-based rigor and continuous real-time feedback to marketing. Philip is currently focused on leading new research and product development initiatives like SkoolPoolTM a social media application for Higher Education applicants, the UCASTM University & College Applicant Study and iPSETM -- an online web video console for Higher Education recruitment and webcasting.Philip holds an HBA in English and Media Studies from the University of Stirling, Scotland and a Diploma in Marketing from General Motors College, Europe.
